Support for the Touch Bar on MacBook Pro
• View your entire project at a glance and navigate with touch in the timeline overview
• Adjust Smart Controls on the selected track to fine-tune the sound of instruments and effects
• Play and record software instruments using a musical keyboard with piano keys or scale mode
• Trigger drum pads to create beats while controlling velocity and note repeat
• Access your favorite shortcuts using a set of customizable key commands

Updated Interface
• New modern design with improved legibility in a variety of lighting conditions
• Expanded color palette offers 24 more colors to label your regions, tracks and notes
• Horizontal auto-zoom helps keep everything in view

What's New
The Apple Remote Desktop 3.9 update improves usability, compatibility, and reliability and is recommended for all users. 

This update:

• Allows users to export and restore an encrypted list of computers and user credentials
• Allows administrators to call attention to items on a remote screen using an assistant cursor
• Adds Touch Bar support for MacBook Pro (2016) computers
• Improves security when communicating with clients running OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 or later
• Adds an optional compatibility mode for communicating with clients running any version of OS X Mountain Lion 10.8, OS X Mavericks 10.9 or OS X Yosemite 10.10.4 and earlier
Apple Remote Desktop 3.9 Client
This update is recommended for all Apple Remote Desktop users and addresses several issues related to compatibility, reliability, and usability as well as the following improvements: 

• Computer lists, complete with credentials, can be exported to an encrypted archive and restored to other viewers 
• Improved security, with an optional compatibility option to support older clients in the Security tab of the Preferences panel 
• Assistance cursors available via a custom toolbar item 
• Support for the Touch Bar
